Suzie Pollard

Navigating the process of selling, buying, or investing in real estate can be quite the journey, especially in a city like Tampa that Zillow has claimed as the hottest housing market in 2022.

My name is Susan Pollard, but please call me Suzie. As a real estate professional who has represented clients in the greater Tampa Bay area since being licensed in 2014 and as a resident since 1999 seeing it grow, I am here to assist for every step along the way offering my knowledge of the area to every client and maximizing each experience.

Originally from the Philippines, my family and I moved to South Florida when I was 5 years old. I graduated high school in Miami and then attended college in Fort Lauderdale before moving to Tampa and completing my degree in business management. After a long standing career in both accounting and restaurant/retail management, I decided to follow in Mom’s footsteps and change paths…there began my adventure as a real estate professional. Not only do I enjoy what I do every day for work and the community I serve, but I also enjoy spending time with my precious daughter, our 4-legged furry son (my dog), and our cute little guinea pigs.
